Framework Contracts

The ACE Framework Contract Division manages projects providing technical assistance, research and consultancy services in any country of the world involving extremely fast mobilisation of experts. ACE works in the following areas:

  • Rural development
  • Culture, education, employment and social issues
  • Trade, standards and the private sector
  • Macroeconomics, public finance and regulatory issues
  • Providing the following services:
  • Identification and design of programmes and projects
  • Training
  • Studies
  • Institutional strengthening
  • Project management and implementation
  • Evaluation and monitoring

 

Since 1997 ACE has participated in different framework agreements, both as leader and as partner. Most of these FWCs are for the EC, but also for other clients like the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA), the European Training Foundation (ETF) and the European Investment Bank (EIB).
